Author Guidelines – Checklist

Please read carefully before making a submission.

All manuscripts must be submitted through the “Submit Manuscript” system after registering and logging into the journal platform.

The submitted manuscript must not have been previously published nor submitted to another journal for evaluation (unless an explanation is provided in the Comments to the Editor section).

The submission file must be in Microsoft Word format.

The maximum similarity index is 20%, and the match with any single source must be less than 5%.

After submission, all correspondence will be conducted via e-mail: editor@nortisjournal.com

Manuscripts intended for publication in Nortis must be uploaded to the system after logging in. Submissions sent by other means will not be considered.

IMPORTANT: During submission, the following documents must be uploaded completely:

  • Manuscript Text

  • Title Page

  • Ethics Committee Approval

  • Similarity Report (Plagiarism)

  • Copyright Form

MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

Manuscripts submitted in English must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English.

The manuscript should be organized in the following order:

Abstract

Please provide a concise abstract of 250 words. The abstract should not contain undefined abbreviations or unspecified references. It should summarize the reported study and should not include background information or hypothetical statements.

Keywords

Provide 3–5 keywords, separated by commas.

Introduction

This section should justify the rationale of the study by summarizing only the essential background. It should not contain findings or conclusions. It should not be a full review of the field but must end with a clear statement of the problem addressed. Please provide context based on previous studies in the literature and cite relevant sources.

Please do not insert page numbers using MS Word page numbering.

Materials and Methods

Provide sufficient methodological detail to allow the work to be replicated by an authorized person.

Results and Discussion

In this section, the results and their significance should be emphasized and discussed within the context of other studies. The final paragraph should summarize the main conclusions. The discussion should generally compare your findings with results from previous research.

Limitations and Recommendations

This section should highlight the limitations of the study and provide suggestions for future research and possible implications.

References

All manuscripts must follow APA 7 style.
