Dijital Rekreasyon ve Gençlerin Ruh Sağlığı: Problemli Telefon Kullanımı, Sosyal Medya ve İyi Oluş İlişkisi

Bu sistematik derleme çalışması, dijital rekreasyonun genç bireylerin ruh sağlığı üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektedir. Özellikle problemli telefon kullanımı, sosyal medya bağımlılığı ve psikolojik iyi oluş arasındaki ilişkiler odak noktası olarak ele alınmıştır. 2013–2025 yılları arasında yayımlanmış ve 15–24 yaş arası gençleri kapsayan 62 özgün araştırma ve sistematik inceleme çalışması değerlendirilmiştir. Literatür taraması Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, ScienceDirect ve Google Scholar veri tabanları kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiş, çalışmalar PRISMA protokolüne uygun şekilde seçilmiştir. Tematik analiz sonucunda elde edilen bulgular, dijital rekreasyonun gençlerin psikolojik durumları üzerinde hem olumlu hem de olumsuz etkiler yaratabildiğini göstermektedir. Sosyal medya ve dijital platformların kontrollü ve bilinçli kullanımı; sosyal bağlılık, özgüven ve iyi oluş düzeylerini artırabilmektedir. Buna karşın, aşırı ve problemli kullanım depresyon, anksiyete, yalnızlık ve düşük benlik saygısı gibi olumsuz ruhsal sonuçlarla ilişkilendirilmektedir. Çalışma, dijital rekreasyonun etkilerinin bireysel ve çevresel bağlamlarda değerlendirilmesi gerektiğini vurgulamakta; dijital sağlık okuryazarlığı, farkındalık temelli müdahaleler ve politika geliştirme açısından öneriler sunmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular, dijital çağda gençlerin ruh sağlığını korumaya yönelik stratejik yaklaşımlara katkı sağlamaktadır.
