Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Yapay Zekâya Yönelik Tutumları ve Davranışsal Eğilimleri: Çok Boyutlu Bir İnceleme

Eğitim süreçlerini hızla dönüştüren yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin okul öncesi eğitimde etkili biçimde kullanılabilmesi için öğretmen
yaklaşımlarının bütüncül bir perspektiften incelenmesine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu araştırma, 2024-2025 eğitim-öğretim yılında
Isparta ilinde görev yapan 122 okul öncesi öğretmeni ile yürütülen kesitsel bir tarama çalışmasıdır. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin
demografik özellikleri, yapay zekâya yönelik tutumları (olumlu, olumsuz, genel) ile davranışsal eğilimleri (mevcut kullanım,
gelecekte kullanma niyeti, öz-yeterlik algısı) incelenmiştir. Veriler; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Davranışsal Eğilimler Formu ve Yapay
Zekâya Yönelik Genel Tutum Ölçeği aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler, bağımsız örneklemler ttesti, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), Ki-Kare, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H ve Spearman korelasyon testleri
kullanılmıştır. Bulgular, öğretmenlerin genel olarak olumlu bir tutum sergilediklerini ve %67,2'sinin bu teknolojileri hâlihazırda
kullandığını göstermektedir. Öğretmenlerin %90,9'u gelecekte yapay zekâyı kullanmayı düşünürken, öz-yeterlik algıları ağırlıklı
olarak orta düzeyde kalmıştır. Tutum puanlarında cinsiyet, yaş ve kıdem açısından fark bulunmazken, lisansüstü eğitime sahip
olanların tutumları anlamlı düzeyde yüksek çıkmıştır. Davranışsal eğilimlerde ise cinsiyet ve mesleki kıdem öz-yeterlik üzerinde;
öğrenim durumu ise mevcut kullanım ve gelecekte kullanım niyeti üzerinde belirleyici olmuştur. Ayrıca mevcut kullanım, gelecekte
kullanım niyeti ve öz-yeterlik algısı ile tutum boyutları arasında anlamlı ilişkiler saptanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, öğretmenlerin
yapay zekâyı eğitim süreçlerine entegre etmeye yönelik yüksek bir niyet taşıdığını göstermektedir. Ancak bu niyetin fiili sınıf içi
uygulamalara dönüşebilmesi için uygulamalı mesleki gelişim programlarına ve kurumsal desteğe ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır
