Spor Performansında Bitki Temelli Diyetler: Bibliyometrik ve Tematik Bir Evrim Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, spor performansı bağlamında bitki temelli diyetler alanında üretilen bilimsel literatürü bibliyometrik ve tematik açıdan inceleyerek alanın gelişim seyrini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada, mevcut bilgi birikimi sistematik biçimde değerlendirilmiş; araştırma eğilimleri, yoğunlaşma alanları ve olası boşluklar belirlenmiştir. Analiz birimi, Web of Science veri tabanından elde edilen ve 2021–2026 yılları arasında yayımlanmış çalışmalara ait bibliyometrik verilerden oluşmaktadır. “Bitki temelli diyet”, “vejetaryen diyet”, “elit sporcu”, “rekabetçi sporcu” ve “antrenmanlı sporcu*” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak toplam 4.087 yayına ulaşılmıştır. Yıllara göre dağılım, literatürde belirgin bir artış eğilimine işaret etmektedir. En yüksek yayın sayısı 2025 yılında (996) kaydedilmiş; bunu 2024 (882), 2023 (778), 2022 (691) ve 2021 (662) yılları izlemiştir. 2026 yılı için analiz tarihinde 78 yayına ulaşılmıştır. En üretken yazarların Hu Frank ve Storz Maximilian Andreas olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yayın türleri açısından dergi makaleleri (2.815) baskın olup, 950 derleme makale, 130 toplantı özeti ve 90 editöryal materyal tespit edilmiştir.Ülke dağılımında Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (1.045) ilk sırada yer alırken, Çin (488) ve Almanya (326) onu takip etmektedir. Yayınların büyük çoğunluğu İngilizce (3.996) olup, SCI-E (3.318), ESCI (642) ve SSCI (363) indekslerinde yer almaktadır. Anahtar kelimeler arasında “bitki temelli diyet”, “diyet” ve “beslenme” öne çıkmaktadır. Bulgular, alanın hızla büyüyen ve disiplinler arası niteliği güçlenen bir araştırma alanı olduğunu göstermektedir.
